At this time when whole world is moving fast its a bit much to say “Stop Multitasking”. The average person checks his smartphone 150 times a day and each interruption of workflow requires our mind to shift back into gears, so that is a lot of costly time spent getting back in flow. And multitasking makes us stupid, it lower our IQ three times as much as smoking cannibis does.
